Charles was absolutely amazing in every conceivable way! He sent pictures of the two dogs I was adopting and called with a very detailed description of their personalities, providing me with more information than the actual rescue organization. He updated me every 2-3 hours and genuinely cared about the dogs' welfare. I felt like he loved them before I got to, and therefore I would recommend him to anyone who ever needs a pet transported.
