A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Because of winter weather conditions and road accidents I am no longer in route to this area to get this item to ship. Apologies that these issues could not be better forecasted.

Excellent shipping carrier!!! Would recommend to all - very professional and friendly! He went beyond my expectations in this process since we were trying to move my sister-in-law's belongings after her sudden passing. They repacked a few items due to some boxes getting wet after the hurricane went through NYC. I would definitely use again!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Two days ago I confirmed with Wren if he could still accept the job before I paid. He confirmed with me, and the next day he confirmed with the seller that he will call him 1/2 hour prior to pick up. Then, all of sudden I'm receiving a cancellation with the weather as the reason. I could have used another method if he had been honest with myself or the seller.

Although I had a delay in transport, since I wasn't in a rush, I appreciate this company transporting my piano. They placed it in the spot I needed it and put everything back together. I would use them again if necessary.
