I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I never heard from the shipper, I had to reach to him by text and email. He replied back indicating he would contact the seller that day, which he never did. His phone is disconnected and I never heard back from him via email and or tried to call again. I am concerned that he went MIA and without a working phone left to believe he isn't a legitimate shipper with only two feedback requests.

We had some weather delays and Jim had to re-route. He was careful and mindful of the shipment and would use RTM Transport again in the future.
