Great company to work with. Always kept me on the loop. Driver did have mechanical issues and holiday got in the way, but we weren't in a hurry so everything was great! Very nice and professional!

Very, very fast at responding and they were very fast with delivery- it was just the day after. Everything ran smoothly, we got notification & our items were delivered safely.

Im really big on communication & this shipment was not what I expected. EZ FREIGHT was ok communicating, but sometimes took 4 ever to respond & the driver assigned, well we didn't hear from him till he was on the road, I think there was lack in communication between EZ FRIEGHT & driver, but driver had my contact info & didn't return my call/text till close to delivery. I will not give lower rating bc driver did turn around & brough back an item he forgot to give us when he was already 2 hr out.

Customer was really good.. the problem was the carrier hired he didnt communicate enough, we always replied to the customer..... We are brokers and there are things not on our control. Took actions against driver.
