Harald was easy to deal with and very conscious of our load. Due to relocation of the collection warehouse, it took a little longer, but this was no ones fault. Happy to add him to our preferred providers. Matt.

Tom was brilliant with this job. Unknown to me there was an extra $30 fee that he kindly covered. Service was prompt and caring. Due to transferring funds from Australia, i was not as quick paying but this didn't faze Tom at all. Definitely on my favourites list!!!

First time we have used U Ship. As we are Australian based, it is always difficult, but we have enjoyed very professional, honest service from Tom. Cannot speak highly enough of his punctual collection and delivery. I would certainly use Tom again, even if he wasn't the lowest quote. Good on ya Tom. Matt.
