The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After communicating with the service provider of the details, communication with him went answered. Basically communication drop off while the homeowner was waiting for pickup.

Lorenza did a great job moving our home. This was a mid-distance moved of over 500+ miles. Considering that Im very particular on how things are done, I would say overall success. He showed early to assess the situation and worked tirelessly to get everything delivered on time and under schedule. I would highly recommend RU Moving LLC and Lorenzo for your moving experience. We filled the trailer to the rim, so most likely be hiring him again for a 2nd delivery.
