BEWARE!!! This guy is very demanding and wants to play by his rules only. He was not available at delivery time, was rude on the phone, and wanted to pay only after the bike is locked in his garage after he closes it remotely....and only after when "he will remind himself to pay". After 2000 miles I delivered his 30k bike without a scratch and he was very rude and ungrateful. Best not to deal with him...he does not deserve your efforts.

You can decide for yourself based on my other feedback...like I said bike was great, no issues. You'll figure it out if you go with him. I just feel like what's the point of having a feedback system if everyone is afraid to provide honest reviews! I've had 10 bikes shipped this summer and have had experiences with a lot of shippers.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper and us tried working with the pick up people to make things work , however, it did not.

He delivered my bike on time and as described, I just didn't like working with him. He was very demanding (constantly asking me to check with the dealer regarding pickup when they were closed) and then at delivery he told me when I needed to be available and how I needed to pay him before he would even consider removing the bike from the trailer (he made it clear I was playing by his rules) . He just wasn't friendly or someone I would want to work with again in the future.

I do not recommend. He lied and said he was delivering my motorcycle directly to me (11 hours from Houston to Kansas). 33 hours later bike was delivered. He tried to tell me "I only promised you would be the first bike I delivered..." What a joke. He stopped in Dallas "because his relative was not feeling well" (but he is from Dallas). Then he said he was coming straight to me (8 hours). After another 8 hours with no update I texted him and he was still 5 hours away. Trust is everything...

Excellent transporter. Picked up both motorcycles on time and delivered as planned. Showed great care and everything went as planned. Would definite recommend using them!

Randy (and Nancy) were great. They kept me informed on the status throughout the journey. Both bikes arrived when they said they would and were perfect. It is clear that JHR are seasoned motorcycle transporters. Their trailer is tailored to transporting bikes with chocks, etc. Highly recommend them!

Bill was perfect. He lived up to his rating/reputation. He picked up both motorcycles when he said he would (two different dealers on two different days) and he arrived ahead of when he said he would. He was courteous and the bikes looked just like new. He kept me posted on his progress. He let me know when of his estimated arrival time the night before and he arrived right on time. I highly recommend REDLANDHILL. I wish all transporters could be as good as he is!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Sunset was patient and accommodating. The person I bought the bike from decided that the times he said he was available for pickup turned out to not be times he is available. So now I am waiting to relist until the seller confirms his availability.
