Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward It can be canceled if the customer wants to cancel. However the remark about accommodating them as discussed is not true. On the bid I stated we would pick up on the 12th or 13th. He then accepted the bid knowing the pickup dates. Insurance wasn’t refused stated it would be provided if there is damage done. All of these things were discussed in the comments. Even him getting UShip insurance and was fine with us still towing it until he changed the date.
