First time I have used UPS Freight and thought it would be better than some others I have tried. Same bullshit add-on fees after I KNOW that the load details were accurate and they add $85 on top of $358. Probably have a standard 25% add on. Then, no explanation, no easy way to ask about it. Just add it to my credit card and they want me to live with it. This sucks...

YRC Freight has been consistently delivering on time but several recent shipments were re-rated and additional charges added. I let the first couple go because my time is valuable and really dislike leaving less than glowing remarks but it has gnawed at me that this just isn't right. I am diligent about the accuracy of the load details and believe this could be somewhat of a "bait and switch" type tactic that I find unsettling. I could not find detail on the invoice to say why.
