The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper rescheduled a few times due to truck issues. I attempted multiple times to get an update but the shipper has not responded. Its unfortunate because he seemed like a nice young man when we spoke on the phone

Shipper completed one delivery and was hired for a second delivery. Donald damaged the item for the second delivery and has been unresponsive for about 2 weeks now. We have been very patient but the way he is ignoring this issue is unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone use his services.
