The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Completely ghosted me. We agreed upon a date of both pick-up and delivery. Driver called and said he will pick it up. He made sure to get my address and the address of the pick-up. Then, the next thing I know, I get an email from uShip saying that his account has been suspended. Sounds like this is a reoccurring problem for this company. I hope uShip doesn't allow him on their platform ever again. Oh, and to this day, I haven't heard anything from him. I'm the one that is having to do the cancel

I no longer need my item(s) shipped 5 Star rating! Driver showed up to pick up my shipment. Upon doing so, he called me and let me know the condition of the trailer. He went out of his way to tell me about some damage to the trailer, and if I knew about the damage. Turns out, that the auction didn't disclose the damage that he found, so I was able to reverse the transaction with the auction. It was very nice of him to go out of his way to help out that way. I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was contacted today by the offices of CRANKYAPE.COM. They informed me that there was an error on this unit, and that I did not actually win this auction. They are reversing the payment I made for the trailer. I no longer am in need of shipping services for this unit. Item # 105697

Tim was very great to work with. Called me along the way to update me with items and delivery time. He was punctual with his quoted delivery time. No complaints, issues, or concerns. Will do business with them again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After going back and forth with the transport company, I've been told that the shipper has become ill. I have found other means of shipping through USHIP and will be going with another carrier. It has been 10+ days since booking, and the unit has not been picked up from the facility. Transport company did keep in contact with me.
