people that received boxes were very nice and a bit funny loved them where i loaded was a little different lady was nice but 5 steps turned into 2 flights and a long hallway into a back room not to bad except 40 boxes plus extras and some were books but after all was said and done was a ok move would have charged a litte more if i knew about all the steps otherwise all people were very nice at both ends

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper and I spoke on Thursday, agreed on a Saturday morning pick-up and Sunday delivery and discussed a cash payment. I started calling at 8 am on Saturday to confirm time of arrival. Shipper never answered phone, returned multiple messages, or sent an e-mail saying why he did not show up. I also attempted to have u-ship contact him with no success. This was a time sensitive delivery and a no-show caused a big problem.

Most important to this shipment was their willingness to coordinate with different people on pick-up and delivery as I was out of town. I had flexible dates to allow scheduling my shioment with another load. The shipper worked well with both people and boxes arrived in good condition.

Rolando was very easy to contact and work with. He coordinated with a friend for pickup and kept in touch with me for delivery. Very positive experience.

Shipper was easy to reach via e-mail and cell phone. Very cooperative in working with a 3rd party for delivery. Loaded boxes quickly and packed them carefully on truck. Would use again.
