Kristine had some bad luck...2 previous shippers cancelled on her...she didn't think she would ever get her new table from Colorado to Iowa. I am glad she had enough faith to stay with Uship so I could show her the quality service that 99% of their transporters provide. Kristine, despite her bad experience, was courteous and positive. She paid cash on delivery as agreed and arranged to have someone at the delivery location to help me unload...would gladly do business with her again :-)

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS IM NOT ABLE TO KEEP THIS SHIPMENT, HALF WAY THERE MY TRUCK HAD A ELECTRICAL FIRE, I HAD TO HAVE THE TRUCK AND TRAILER TOWED BACK, THE REPAIR SHOP TOLD ME A WEEK TO FIX IT, NOW THEY SAID THEY DONT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE BEING THERE WAS MORE THEN JUST WIRING INVOLVED. I DONT WANT MY CUSTOMERS TO HAVE TO WAIT TO HAVE THEIR ITEMS SHIPPED SO IM PUTTING A CANCELLATION IN, SO THEY CAN FIND ANOTHER SHIPPER. MY OTHER TRUCK DOESNT HAVE THE TOWING CAPACITY TO HAUL THIS MUC

ThePickupManWyoming did an amazing job. He picked up my item when he said, took extra care in wrapping and packing it to avoid damage, and arrived exactly on time. I cannot sing their praises enough. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I had several emails with Ray (my shipper) before I accepted the bid. After several attempts I Spoke with Ray once after I accepted the bid. He had the contact information of the business I was buying the table from, and was going to contact them about a pick up time which he and I had agreed on. I had them move my table to the loading doc at a different location. He not only Never contacted them, but he did not show up at the appointed time, which was Monday - Tuesday October 4th-5th 2010, b
