There was a delay in picking up the trailer due to the manufacturer and Casto was most accommodating and communicative at every step. The trailer arrived in perfect condition and I was given time to look everything over. The service was most professional and courteous. I would recommend Casto Transport for any shipper, any time. We are thrilled with PD Shipping for transporting puppies/dogs. There should be an "Exemplary" rating. Our contact was kind, gentle and understanding of puppy needs well beyond expectation. We and the pup's new owners received excellent communication throughout the travel time and the puppy arrived on time, happy & healthy! We are most grateful and will surely use PD Shipping again.
