A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We never agreed to pick up by any date,the customer accepted the lwoest rate with the estimated pick up dates service..

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time CHP did not show up on day scheduled after assuring me multiple times they would. The day of pick up I contacted them and they said they did not have a truck and it would cost more money to get another truck haul my shipment.
