Karen was very easy to talk too. You could tell that she took her job seriously and handeled every thing in a profesional manner.She took great care in secureing the bike and useing all necessary percautions to protect it. My bike came from Flordia to Michigan with out a scratch. She pulled this off a day ahead of estamated delivery time. Would defenatly use again! Highly recomended!!
