I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Entered a contract to ship a new MasterCraft and was in touch with Steve on Tuesday within hours of accepting the booking. The same day, I received Insurance info from his agent via email and confirmed pickup for Friday. Sent text with photos of the boat wrapped and ready to go on Wed, no response. After not hearing, sent emails, called several times, and texted sev times from Wed to noon Friday. No response. Phone has gone straight to VM for over 48hrs, and no reply via email. UShip and Insuran
