The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked shipment to have a car I purchased delivered to me. I accepted bid sent all info to transporter moments afterwards. I have tried calling multiple times and he will not answer my phone call. He will respond in text message after I leave voicemail. It’s been excuse after excuse and still has not picked up my vehicle even after giving extra time after the original allotted time. I can not do business with someone that can not communicate with me or tell me the truth.

Lied multiple times about pickup and delivery. Sub-contractred out to a different carrier after they could not meet deadline. Very poor communication skills.
