Rudolph was very helpful and nice. He met me at the exit so I could follow him to the drop off point. Easy going guy and very understanding of some things that came up.I will ship for him anytime.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Shipper provided 2 different liability policies , neither of which is currently in force, per the insurance companies whom I contacted directly. Shipper repeatedly said he would provide a current liability policy but has not done so. Shipper will not communicate with me in a timely fashion to try to resolve this issue. Therefore I have become very uncomfortable with this shipper
