A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from John H.: Charlie Taylor of GoDeepExpress. has NOT refunded the payment I made for his non-service. ctaylor won the bid, I paid and Charlie did not make the pickup and had not refunded payment of $275. His phone service does not return calls. I paid in Dec. 2009 and cancelled in mid-jan. 2010. Charlies emails said he would refund, to date he has not. Be Carefull on these prepaid service providers. You may loose your mony and not receive the services they said they would. I'll be contacting my county D.A.

Lonnie and Karen were just Super !! They did everything right. Communication with the customer is priority one with these folks. Their low bid and Super Service will keep other service provider's on their heels. Use them when you can, I will. Response from HSMOVER: Glad I was able to help.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved GoDeepExpress was unable to commit to a Febraury and only a tenative March timeframe for pickup. Weather delays in Dec. and Jan. in Missouri further aserbated the service. The service has been paid for in advance, so I will await a proposed refund and try again. These things happen. Response from ctaylor82: Bad weather in Missori and Kansas prevented us from traveling there. Customer couldn't not get out either we we mutually agreed tp cancel the shipment and a full refund was given to the customer.
