The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was chosen based on pickup dates provided. They did not attempt to schedule delivery for those dates, but instead made excuses regarded schedule. Very little communication and did not communicate when they could pickup. Scheduled for pickup by 12/21, but still do not know when they can pick up.
