I am not sure where we ended up getting crapped on between you and the truck driver,but I hope you all get it figured out on insurance.

***DONT USE THESE PEOPLE****You guys just brokered it out and sent a trailer 4' too short for the load. I pulled onto the trailer and removed rear set of tires myself then the driver had the truck crammed forward last 4" and broke lower neck on radiator. 2 neighbors watched. I went above and beyond to help. THEN THEY DIDNT PAY THE DRIVER SO HE WOULDNT GIVE THE CLIENT THE TRUCK TILL THE POLICE GOT INVOLVED DAYS LATER!!

We are a licensed broker. I can not help that you went in with a trailer shorter than we required.That must mean that you lyed to us about your trailer length.Then you break the radiator and then demand full payment before you take the truck out of your yard. I do not see what we did wrong. By the way I involved the police,as when you signed the load and rate confirmation,you agreed to deliver the truck and get paid after delivery. You brought the wrong equipment and lied to us,and you blame us.
