I have no idea why the feedback would be neutral. I looked to the feedback I left for you and it said neutral as well but great comments and rated 5 stars. I know for a fact I selected positive when I wrote the feedback. I don't know if the same thing happened to you or if it was simply retaliation feedback because you thought I left you neutral feedback. I am trying to figure out how to get it corrected. You can clearly see the 5 star rating and the comment was not neutral.
