I did not show up at agreed upon date and time as discussed with your customer service ... the shipper did not arrive for scheduled pick up and has not returned any calls or messages it has created conflict on both the shipping and receiving locations ... this has been a less than happy experience and even though it is not a fault of uship but of the service provider I would expect a full refund for the services not rendered
