This is the worst shipping company you could ever use.They have many different company names.You pay for insurance, but they will not pay anything. They will pay their cargo insurance on .10/100 or $30.for a $645.00 claim. I shipped an commercial embroidery machine & table. We have pics of it in their trailer. When I received it the table--a 100 lb. item--was missing. It was repackaged==on a different pallet and rewrapped with green shrinkwrap There was internal damage beside the lost table.

The delivery receipt shows the goods were received clear, in good order and without exception. We make it very clear upfront that failing to note damages/shortages on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery will void any claim. We go out of our way to make sure our customer's understand the importance of packaging properly and noting damage at delivery. We work hard to ensure smooth transport of your goods, but we can't help it when Alona choses to ignore these rules.
