The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer claimed that the pickup point is Ocala, FL. The customer stated that the actual pickup point is Naples, FL. This will not work with our schedule or budget.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Customer was rude about the agreed upon dates for shipment. I am no longer comfortable with shipping for them.

BEWARE She said she picked up and she didn't. Didn't answer calls or texts. Blocked my number, husbands number, and 3 friends numbers! Tried to get paid without doing any work! This shipper is a LIAR! DO NOT trust her

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I never blocked him I was driving to pick up his puppy from the pick up location and my phone died while I was on the highway in route I explained to him that I had other deliveries to complete that's why it took me a while to reach the location but he was very in patient I had other shipments going the same direction and didn't have any issues.

She did a great job! She was polite, professional and caring for my dog. The company was hired to transport my show dog to a show. She was well cared for and the communication was wonderful. I would use her again and absolutely recommend her for pet transport. The delivery contact had a delay and she waited longer than she should have. I greatly appreciate you and your help. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I require a full refund without a credit. The service provider is a liar. The provider selected picked up order, which she never did and left me stranded on the 30th of April! I had to spend $400 out of pocket to buy a uhaul and pay for a stay at a hotel with my 2 dogs 1 cat and a baby! This is absolutely ridiculous that I am even having to dispute this. I have text messages of the lies that she kept telling. She kept saying that she was in traffic and even tried to hand off the job to a third

If they had tracked my gps on this they would have seen i sat in the same spot on the interstate because of a major accident. I tried to get a 3rd party to do it because i was going to be late. Then customer wanted to blame me because they were going to have to get a motel since i could not deliver until Wednesday even though that is the day she agreed on when accepting my bid. Then called my phone 52 times (which i have screen shots of) after I cancelled.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time He doesn't answer the phone. Blocked my number and won't respond to text messages. Very rude and unprofessional on the phone. Delayed beyond agreed upon date and time. Lack of communication. i DO NOT feel comfortable sending my animal with this unprofessional individual. I will book with someone else and i want a FULL refund.

Joseph is an incredibly professional, punctual, and diligent individual. He made me feel entirely comfortable throughout the shipment process and showed me nothing but respect. He is trustworthy and reliable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in needs of services that he is able to provide. He Set out on a 16 hour journey and delivered my "dog" safe and sound to the destination. Please use him for your service needs, he will take the best care of you. You have my word. Thanks again!
