I used Montway before and they screwed up my shipment and I was forced to use another carrier. This time Montway was there again bidding on my load. I thought I will give them another shot. HORRIBLE decision. Not only did they lose information I gave them multiple times My vehicle was schedule to be picked up with 5 different trucking lines. Which means it was picked up and dropped off behind schedule and I received no less than 30 emails and 40 plus phone calls. It was ROUGH! The original booking was easy and professional. 1 Shot called and confirmed all the information with me. I sent over the release forms for the truck to be picked up. The driver didn't have them when he went to pick up the truck. So I had to scramble to get them to him. Then the delivery. Called and told make sure you are available at 2pm. Then got a call it will be closer to 4. Then another call actually 7.. then 8pm. Rough. Finally delivered 8am the following day. Response from 1ShotAutoLogisticsInc: Hello, Joe! Thank you for the feedback, we will make sure to touch base with the driver and inquire as to why he didn't have the correct forms. We apologize for the delay, and we will also be inquiring about that as well. Thank you for you shipment!

Nick was great. Worked around our schedule and was extremely polite. You can tell he takes pride in his customer service and work.... And he is a military vet to boot.... WILL use again! Thank you Nick...

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I request that 100% of my money is credited back to me. To this point uship has been fair in working with me. Montway however has been the worst company I have dealt with in a very ling time. I would like to place a review to warn other users of the same pitfalls I have gone through. I have decided to go and pick this car up myself.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have attempted to reach out to the transporter via phone and email and received no response. I have now found a new transporter and need to cancel.

They ran into really bad weather and still made it to the drop off point the correct day. Good group of guys. I would not hesitate to use Cross Country Carriers (ClarkS33)or U-ship again. My experience was great all around. Thanks...
