I have not received my shipment, so I cannot offer much feedback. Dealing with Jennie Armstrong of AmericanFreight has been very satisfactory thus far. I can give more feedback after my shipment arrives, if you like.

The service in DePere, WI, was professional and the communication was excellent, however, the communication system broke down in Tracy, CA. The delivery was made in Tacy with no notification prior to the delivery. Also, when the delivery was made , the shipment crate was just left in the driveway and only found when the reidents returned home. No items were damamged in shipment.
