Simply stated...Matt provided "EXCEPTIONAL" customer service from top to bottom. Matt transported a puppy of mine from my home in Los Angeles to my friend in Colorado. He was proactive with his communication and he delivered the pup (happy as could be) ahead of schedule. This young man is a pro. I wish he serviced the entire US!
