The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider's bid for my shipment stated pick up no later than 11/24 with delivery by 12/1. It is now 11/28 and my vehicle is STILL sitting at the original location. Service Provider has been paid in full for delivery of vehicle. Service Provider has breached our contract, but refuses to refund my payment until 12/1 when he "might" be able to pick up the vehicle. Vehicle is located 1,600 miles from delivery location - unsure how he intends to pick up and deliver vehicle in the same day!
Se Response from localautodirect: this shipper booked a shippment over the holidays with no flexibility even over thanksgiving weekend when it was mentioned and required--canceled over the thanksgiving weekend after telling after agreeing to set the deadline for pickup as today Monday the 1st and was then refunded within hours of his cancelation--probably not a bad guy just need to cross your I's and dot your T's
