I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I had an issue with my shipment headed your way. I tried cancelling before but the system is glitching. I’m very sorry

Refused to pay upon delivery had to notify police for theft of services. Review was completely false and uncalled for. Had to replace a phone and also had limited reception through out the trip. Also had multiple deliveries along route and vcustomer was not charged for an expedited rate. Expressing the need to replace a phone is not mixing personal with business. Would never ship for again.

This carrier demanded payment after delivery only to find out that they forgot an item that was still in the truck. Threatened police before delivery was even confirmed by recipient. The driver's partner called the client and dragged them into a drama fueled story about the driver and partner fighting and leaving them at a truck stop somewhere. Unbelievable. I am at a loss for words at the unprofessional conduct of this driver.
