Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services I accept and agree with the cancellation of the shipment for this reason. The driver accepted the transfer of funds and did not show up to get the vehicle. I have been trying to track and get to the bottom of this for the vehicle owner. All cooperation is being given to assist the owner in this matter. This is an ordeal that I will take all steps to insure it does not happen again. I will do my best to see to the customers satisfaction on this transaction and assist to find where the funds are.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider claimed to be at pickup location and needed half of shipment cost before pickup, I provided that and then they never showed up and all contact information was no longer working. I need this uship canceled so i can get back my money that i put down in a deposit on your website. They are a fraud.
