David was in touch, on time, and ready to go the extra mile!Right away he demonstrated his ability to innovate to get the job done. Using the weight and dimensions that I had laid out and noting the requirement that the wine would have to be kept between 65 and 70 degrees, he showed up with an air conditioned van that was just the right size. With my help, he loaded and unloaded the entire shipment by hand; although he offered to do the hobby himself with me as an observer. Excellent job David!
