The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it A truck was sent to pick up this boat, but the weight of the boat had been listed as 4,800 lbs but the actual weight was 7,000 lbs. The trailer was also not roadworthy and needed all new tires to be replaced. Sorry for any inconvenience, and we hope that your shipment goes well.

I am very sorry for spirit express that they were not able to have a truck large enough to haul my boat, in turn they have not refunded my $750.00 which they asked for in advance and have now said they would refund my money but still after 1 month have not seen my refund... Now i have noticed that they have changed thier phone numbers and i can not reach them.
SPirit express please give me my money back!

Ron was great and actually 6 hours earlier than I had expected. Very professional, even helped me with hooking up my trailer and giving me a hitch for my vehicle.. I would recommend him to anyone hopefully i will have the pleasure of working with such a friendly person again it the future. Thanks again Ron.
