The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer was told about size of van and was told not to accept quote until he was sure of fitment. Instead of asking his parts dealer prior to acceptance, he went ahead and accepted on his own. I later spoke to dealer, who assured me even though the dimensions appear to fit into my van, that because of the height item would not be able to stand up in van.
