This shipper is extremely knowledgable, and an excellent communicator. They saved me a BUNDLE by reccomending shipping to the freight terminal, where the item was trensfererd to my SUV, by the frright terminal staff at no additional charge. Thry worked hard to save me cash, and kept me up to date at each step in the process. I give this shipper an unreserved A+ and my strongest reccomendation! Thanks!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper contracted to deliver my goods no later than May 31, 2009. I called back every week in May and got a different excuse for why my item had not been picked up. Now its the 1st week of June and this shipper (David Merced) isn't even answering his phone! I paid up front, and my bank just issued an immeduate temporaty credit. Since this companies profile is suspended I trust that UShip will expedite my refund just as quickly so I can arrange shipment with a reputable company. My decision
