Exceptional communication. The most professional, responsive group I've ever used to ship collector cars - and I've shipped quite a few over the years. They were considerate of the time frame given by the pick up location, were in touch with me the entire time the vehicles were in transit, and delivered within two days. Most importantly, the delivery driver followed COVID protocols without having to be asked, and was very respectful of my wife and my safety, and was a very friendly guy to boot.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider submitted a bid on an item that I won on ebay. It was described in full, and photos accompanied it. The terms of my accepting their bid included pickup within 5 days of auction's close, and delivery within another five. I didn't care so much about the delivery time, but the item needed to be picked up as quickly as possible. I was never contacted by the shipping company regarding pickup of the car. I phoned myself, was told they were working on it and that they would call me
