The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The customer cancelled at the last minute when i was on route to the collection point. He was rude and aggresive to which i have the texts. He wanted me to divert from the orignal collection point without informing me this was going to happen to which i refused because it was a large diversion. I had every intention to do this job but the customer was changing the route etc.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time i had been contacting the service provider, with no response. finally i got a response and they confirmed they will arrive on wednesday 5th april at 10am i was waiting till 10.30am and they responded back saying their vehicle is broken down, i had been let down and have had poor service right from the start
