I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time original agreed date of pick up was 9/15 The carrier did not fulfill his obligation, he was unable to pick the package up. He said on 9/10 that he had to go and make a run to California (from the east Coast where my package is), he said he would be back in 8 days. On the 9/17 I contacted him via text as he would not answer my phone calls. He then told me between 9/23-9/26 he would pick up. I texted on 9/26 and he said he was leaving CA. I told him I need the package picked up in the next 10 days
