difficult shipment. other shippers could not get it done. GTU got it done on time. great communication would use them again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time what a bunch of flakes and liars. The continued promises of pickup cost me a great deal of time and money. They should be removed from the platform. I don't think they are a real company. I should have believed the prior feedback. They set exact times for pickup and never did. I wish I could give them a zero rating or minus zero.
