The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Phone number was incorrect, and I also felt this shipper was not sure of what he/she wanted to do from the start.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was not aware that the seller charged $20 for private shipper, or the fact that I needed to purchase insurance with UShip provider, at a cost of $25. In short, I saw that I would not be gaining much with a third party for shipping. Based on this, I decided to cancel ship and let the seller ship since there was only a $20 difference.

Bill and his pick-up truck did a good job delivering a Viking stove but needed local help due to its weight. Communication was good. He arrived when he said he would, which was critical for this move!
