The WORST WORST experience I have ever had with a carrier.
It was shipped on MAR 5, 2021 and arrived in Orlando Apr 5, 2021, had a delivery appointment for April 9, 2021 but no delivery and no call about the cancellation. Every day for a week I called, they tried to get a hold of the depot but no answer and say that they would get a hold of the depot and let me know...but NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO YOU UNLESS YOU CALL IN AGAIN.
Finally the consignee went to pick the order on his own, NO DELIVERY

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Roadrunner could not arrange pick up after we contacted again and we had no choice to cancel the shipment
