A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We have been trying to get ahold of the pick up location, no answer phone call or text. Then we find out it is a auction house at the last minute with M-F hours 8am - 5pm. We have all our pick ups on Sunday March 8th in ohio, when people are home for pick ups, if we knew it was a auction house at the time of the bidding with the limited hours of pick up we would not bid or told all our other stops we cant do week end pick ups or deliveries. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This shipper did not access the Bill of Lading until a few days before the pickup. His pickup window of two hours on a Sunday was not feasible for a business pick up.

Highly recommend! Shipper successfully transported a highly fragile antique vitrine from MA to FL without a scratch. He was flexible with the other party on the pick up end and his office manager kept in touch each step of the way. Delivery was behind schedule but to be expected in this industry.
