A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

Very professional. The bike arrived perfectly safe. Very accommodating as well. The only are for improvement is communication frequency; outstanding communication when picking up and close to delivery, but everything in between seems like a black hole.
Given that the important parts (professionalism and bike safety) are met, I would definitely use them again.

A little delay but nothing serious. More importantly, the bike got here safely, except for a little deformation on the throttle grip that I hope to repair.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Changed the pick-up date two times, and the first one was because another customer didn't notify him he had a sidecar that took what would be the space to ship my bike. Said that he would pick it up for sure 3 days after but then changed it to a week after those 3 days. It's just taking too long.
