The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked the shipment, after booking the shipment, i went to print out the BOL, realized I had entered the wrong pick-up city. But the correct zip code and everything else on the address was correct. Reached out to U-Ship directly, they were able to change the Pickup city, and gave a new BOL with all the correct information. Then a U-ship representative reached out to the Carrier and was unable to contact anyone and the shipment was never picked up on the pick-up date.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not communicate on initial Pickup. I initiated contact and was given a couple pick up option days... non occurred. Contacted provider who informed me truck issues and will get it picked up. NO pick up. Was informed today after 8 days of communication that he will not be able to do job because of "tired of dealing with dumb smartass bitches like you".
Not very professionally in my book.
I will NEVER deal with this Z&B hauling again
