The reason for cancellation Lidducher gave as a feedback is a lie. Lidducher never contacted me, not by the listed phone, not by email, not even as a reply to email from UShip support. I have emails and a copy of text messages to prove my attempts to contact them. I am contacting support to resolve this situation which looks like scam.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved On my first attempt to pick up on the 15th, when I was in the area, I was unable to get ahold of the customer. I then tried to contact again on my way back on the 16th and she responded, and I tried to accommodate, but we were unable to agree on a time that fit both our needs.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The provider agreed with the pick-up timeframe August 4-6. As of August 4, 5:30 PM the provider has not replied to my text, voice and email messages. No reply to email from customer suppport too. I am missing deadline other people depend on and need to cancel and relist asap.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The pick-up was scheduled between 12/15/2015 pm and 12/16/2015 am to have the shipment delivered by 12/22/2015. While discussing the shipment, the driver re-assured me that he can do it. On 12/16/2015 around noon I received a text that the driver is running late and wants to pick up the shipment around 8 pm on 12/16/2015. I have texted his representative back telling her that the driver will not be able to get to the building because the residents come from work around 5 pm and park their cars o
