Very responsive in finding a carrier. Shipped in two days. Fairly quick delivery. Driver did a very good job. Would recommend to friends.

The carrier was extremely generous with his time. The person who had our keys wasn't answering our calls and he waited for 3 hours until he was able to pick up our shipment. He was very quick and picked it up two days after booking. Initial was also very responsive and willing to work with us. Would definitely recommend.

Great price but communication could use some work. Got my shipment at 11pm and I was the first drop-off. Driver was helpful and did a good job considering he was working alone for most of the shipment.
Response from bossmoving:
Client changed P/U & DROP OFF TIME on movers , 4 different time due to her riding bus to and from Austin to Dallas, which caused movers to arrange drop times and making movers late to all other clients on truck.
