A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper was surely notified of the change in pick up date and the cause of driver delays however,shipper still insisted that load should be cancelled.my driver is now in Ontario waiting.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved One of my employees placed a bid on this thinking it was only one unit. There are actually three separate units and our bid was a third of what it should have been. The employee has been warned that if it happens again they will be let go and I, as the owner of the company, have instructed the employee to read all bid requests thoroughly before placing bids and make sure this is the last time it happens. I have spoken with the customer and apologized for our oversight and although he is not happ

I just spent 2 1/2 days in hospital being seriously ill and customer knew that. Had a truck lined up for Thursday to load it but customer cancelled.He got a cheaper bid elsewhere because he has done this before. He emailed me and said he can get it done cheaper. Have it in email.

Transporter simply keep on delaying and my receiver had to have the shipment on scheduale.
