I want to make sure it's clear I didn't cancel on them. I want to keep my account pristine when it comes to cancelations.
I called the customer a couple days ago trying to clean up the account. I aslo called U-ship support in order to make it clear that I wanted to no longer see this order in my queue. At the end of these updates, I don't want a cancel on my account. Thank you for your through understanding.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Sorry it was my mistake. I thought the shipment was going from Hammond ranch to gardenda. Not going that direction. But going the opposite direction. Thank you.
