The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider called and said that he had an engine failure and would not take my car. He canceled the shipment but has not canceled it on the site

I had a mechanical failure that would not allow me to provide the service I had promised. I had to cancel so the customer could book another service provider
